Premier Medical Coding — Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest quality of personalized, one-on-one instruction, session times are strictly reserved for each individual student. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms:

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Sessions rescheduled or canceled with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no fee, and your session credit will be fully preserved.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up to a scheduled Zoom/phone session within 15 minutes of the start time, will result in the session being forfeited. The installment fee for that specific 2-hour block will not be refunded or credited.

• Pay-As-You-Go Installments: For our multi-hour bundles (4-Hour and 8-Hour packages), payments are collected in $110 increments at the time of scheduling each 2-hour block. Refunds are not issued for previously completed sessions or for sessions forfeited due to late cancellations.

• Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that the instructor must cancel a session due to an emergency, you will be notified immediately, and your session block will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience with priority scheduling.
