If you have absolutely zero exposure to medical coding yet, we recommend completing your foundational coursework first. For CPC® preparation, you will need current versions of the AMA CPT® Professional Edition, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codebooks. For CRC® preparation, you will only need your current ICD-10-CM codebook. Please ensure your books align with the specific testing year requirements set by the AAPC®.

Your hours are completely flexible! You do not have to use them all at once. For example, if you purchase a 4-Hour Accelerator or 8-Hour Mastery Pass, we can split your hours into convenient 2-hour intensive deep dives to fit your personal study schedule and target exam date.
